DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

Our goal is to process and ship orders within the same day that are received prior to 2:00pm CT. All orders are expected to process within 24-48 hours and ship once processing is complete. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday. Delivery day of packages will be determined by carrier.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days of transit for delivery

RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Our primary carrier is UPS, but depending on size and type of order, our distribution center will choose the best carrier to service your order/delivery location. Shipping charges for your order will be added to your cart at checkout.

Shipping costs will vary from $4.99 to $149.99.

Shipping cost will be determined by product and volumetric weight.

Multiple purchases of a product will increase weight and may increase shipping costs.

Please note that due to myriad factors including, but not limited to, material and component shortages, logistic disruptions, and labor challenges, product/shipping costs may fluctuate. Additional surcharges and shipping rates may be applied.

This notice will appear on the product page prior to checkout or communicated from the consumer services representative while placing your order.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

DUTIES AND TAXES

PRADCO Outdoor Brands is not responsible for any additional taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please do not sign for it as undamaged. We will not be able to file a claim if it is not marked as damaged.

PRADCO Outdoor Brands is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping; however, our team will need to process the claim for you. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team here.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so that our team can assist with filing a claim.
