Your camera is covered under a 12 month warranty. Before you send your camera in to us, please complete the form below and click the SUBMIT button. This will notify us that the camera is on the way to our repair department.
Print out a copy to include in the box with your camera after you submit the below return form along with A COPY OF YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE. Please remove all accessories including the batteries and SD card. NOTE: You will not be required to get a Return Authorization (RA) number to return your camera.

There are some repairs that can be made outside of warranty for a nominal charge. However in some cases the cost of repair will exceed the cost of a replacement camera. You may send your camera in to us and we will diagnose the problem and the cost of repair. If it is not cost effective to repair the camera we will offer you a discounted price on the purchase of a replacement camera. We will cover the return shipping to you whether the camera is repaired, a replacement is purchased, or neither. To send your camera in to us, please complete the form below and click SUBMIT.
