DGS-D55 Camera Software Update
NOTE: Make sure your camera has new batteries installed before you begin the software upgrade. A loss of power or turning the camera off during the upgrade process will render the camera unusable, and the camera will need to be sent to Moultrie for repairs.
STEP 1:
Download the correct software for the camera model that you have. The model number can be found on the information sticker inside the camera door.
(Example: MFH-DGS-D55IR)
The software has been compressed in a zip file. Many computers have an unzip utility pre installed to open these zip files. You should be able to double click on the zip file to open it. If your computer does not have the unzipping software, you can download a free trial here.

STEP 2:
Copy the software upgrade to an empty SD card.
The software file name will be I35ISPFW.BIN. The file name is the same name for all camera models, so make sure you clicked on the correct download link for your camera model.
STEP 3:
Place the SD card in the camera’s SD card slot. And position the camera’s power switch in the AIM position. The camera’s display will show:
UPGRADE SOFTWARE
NO
Press the UP button once. The display will show:
UPGRADE SOFTWARE
YES
Press the OK button once, and the software upgrade will begin.
STEP 4:
The software upgrade takes about 2 minutes to complete. During this time the camera’s display will show:
WAIT 2 MINUTES
TO UPGRADE
Upon upgrade completion the camera will restart and show an UPGRADE OK! Message onscreen.
You may now place the camera power switch in the ON position. In the camera setup menu, under PHOTO DELAY there will be additional time selections available for a 15 and 30 second delay.
